Let us introduce ourselves. Our names are Tony and Carol . Between us we have 6 children, 4 of those are adults leading their own lives, and the youngest 2 are on board with us on our liveaboard adventure.

We are not “boating people” who have spent their lives involved in the boating community , out on the water every chance, but somewhere there has evolved in both of us separately a fascination with being by the water perhaps living on it.

For myself it started with a program on the TV . I’d always liked the idea of living by the sea but I saw a program where a family were living on a narrowboat and it spiralled from there. When Tony and I met and he talked about this dream of his of eventually living on a boat , I was right there with my own boat research on a boat sale website ! The wheels were in motion.
